Angel Cakes is a health food cafe with signature desserts, brunches and drinks without refined sugar and gluten, as well as many vegan dishes and superfood positions.

We are pleased to welcome
a Purchasing Manager to our team.

Responsibilities:

Ordering products, dishes, raw materials and others for a cafe and a confectionery factory;
Control, optimization and accounting of balances in the warehouse;
Planning and analysis of the procurement schedule;
Analysis of existing suppliers, search for new ones and market monitoring;
Cost optimization;
Monitoring the quality of supplied products;
Control of accounts receivable for settlements with suppliers;
Providing reports on the results of work to the management of the company.

Requirements:

Experience as a purchasing manager in Dubai for at least 2 years, required in the restaurant direction (HoReCa);
Knowledge of Excel and other programs;
Systemic thinking, responsibility, stress resistance, independence.

Pay:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
