For our new office in Dubai, we are looking for

CAD/BIM Manager - 100% (m/f)

The Ideal Candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in CAD/BIM management, possessing strong leadership skills and extensive experience in structural modelling and alignment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of detailed CAD/BIM models for structural components and alignments in linear projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Lead the production of highquality shop drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, based on project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to interpret design intent and translate concepts into comprehensive models and drawings.
• Manage the utilization of industrystandard software to create and modify 2D and 3D models, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior CAD/BIM team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record (minimum 810 years) in CAD/BIM modeling, detailing, and shop drawings, with a focus on structure, alignment, and linear projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the Middle East region will be an advantage.
