Description

We are known for delivering exceptional luxury residences, and they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of high-profile residential projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of highend residential projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and costeffective project execution.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and provide guidance and support to team members.
Monitor project performance against key metrics, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to establish project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and maximize project outcomes.
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and implementing strategies to minimize expenses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a highend residential design and build company, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Solid understanding of the construction industry, including design processes, building regulations, and construction techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse project team.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
