Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales position at Nemo Watersports Dubai located in Dubai.

The Counter Sales role involves handling customer inquiries, checking in, trip allocation for staff and customers, providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting with inventory management.

The Counter Sales representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Nemo Watersports products and services, as well as providing product knowledge and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Ability to provide training and support to customers
  • Experience in sales management is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in using pointofsale systems and basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of water sports equipment and activities is beneficial
