The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, securing new business, and managing existing customer relationships and driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the sales team's activities. primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's freight and forwarding services in the UAE market. This role requires a strong sales background, in-depth knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Negotiate rates and services with customers.

• Monitor customer trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.

• Prepare and submit customer quotes and proposals.

• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and needs.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding operations and processes.

• Ability to travel as needed.

UAE valid driving license with good experience in UAE roads
