The expansion and up coming projects has led to increasing their team and hiring various roles within the organization.We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will report directly to the Operations Manager to join the teamRequirments:
Include business development aspect of an organization.
Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potentialResponsibilities:
Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customersReview and/or update pricing on existing partsReview each quote to assure that all detail has been included and that profit is acceptableFollow up with potential customers to turn quote into an order within a reasonable timeframeProvide support and assistance to the estimators and support staff as neededManage the estimators for fabrication and estimate orders when neededContact potential new customers for issues or general sales visitRevise pricing on existing parts and submit to customersGet involved with quality issues either internally or at customer's facilityReview and approve quotes before sending to customer.
Skills:
Bachelors degree preferredMinimum 3 years experience in direct sales within metal fabrication or construction industryKnowledge of CAD programs is an advantageAbility to identify customer needs and match their solution with company product/services
