Job Summary
In this role, you will oversee the general operations of our office and ensure that logístical needs are met.

You will coordinate with clients, field staff, cleaning staff, drivers, encoding and record keeping of documents, tracking, recording and reporting daily sales billing/expenditures, and maintain stock of all supplies.

You will also greet visitors and conduct some clerical duties. You will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the office.
  • Managing Daily work schedule, create roster, coordinate with field staff, clients and partners etc.
  • Accepting new bookings from the clients, partners and efficiently assigning to the field crew.
  • Foster good working relationships with, clients, drivers, and field staff.
  • Keep an organized ledger of expenses, sales and other documents.
  • Inventory Management of cleaning materials, consumables etc.
  • Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of all office machineries, cleaning equipments.
  • Office contract maintenance and ensure needed repairs are complete.
  • Keep a master calendar of schedules and vacations for the office.
  • Organize and update office files, employee documents, important records in the files as needed.
  • Greet visitors to the office, answering any questions they might have.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Significant experience as an operations coordinator or similar role in FM or Cleaning company in dubai.
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Excellent typing skills & basic bookkeeping skills.
  • Ability to multi task and coordinate on multiple schedules.
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for problemsolving.
  • Neat & professional appearance.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Friendly and Hospitable attitude.
  • Associate degree preferred.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Quoz: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Experience:


  • FM or
Cleaning Company: 3 years (required)


Language:


  • Excellent English along with Tagalog (preferred) (required)
