    Asset Security Specialist


    Main Responsibilities



    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Security Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Security Specialist , you will be responsible for securing rooms, conducting emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits.



    You will also monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas, assist guests/employees during emergency situations, respond to accidents contacting EMS or administering first aid/CPR as required.



    Gather information complete reports maintaining confidentiality of reports/documents release information to authorized individuals defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies procedures resolve safety hazard situations handle all interruptions complaints escort unwelcome persons from the property ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws call assistance using proper code responses provide paperwork employees assist management training motivating coaching employees serve role model first point contact Guarantee Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process follow company policies procedures report accidents injuries unsafe work conditions manager complete safety training certifications ensure uniform appearance clean professional maintain confidentiality proprietary information protect assets welcome acknowledge guests according standards anticipate address service needs thank genuine appreciation speak others clear professional language prepare review written documents accurately completely answer telephones etiquette develop positive working relationships support team reach common goals listen respond concerns other employees adherence quality expectations standards states may have additional licensing registration requirements position read visually verify variety formats identify defects enter locate work-related computers point sale systems move speed respond work situations run walk jog stand sit walk extended period time entire shift lift carry push pull place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance objects weighing excess 75 pounds with assistance grasp turn manipulate objects varying size weight requiring fine motor skills hand-eye coordination move narrow confined elevated spaces move sloping uneven slippery surfaces stairs service ramps reach overhead below knees including bending twisting pulling stooping perform reasonable job duties requested Supervisors .
