Responsibilities:
Day to day management of all Sales/Leasing staff based within the assigned office, ensuring targets are met or exceeded from a personal and team perspectiveFull awareness and understanding of local market/dedicated areasEnsure effective management of the applicant process and enquiriesProvision of valuations as requiredSenior negotiator on key offers through to exchange of contracts, liaising closely with buyers, sellers, and other agents in a chain situationLiaison between buyers/sellers, tenants/landlords


Requirements:
Educated to at least Higher education levelUAE driving license holder and vehicle ownerDemonstrable record in residential property with at the requisite senior levelNegotiation skillsSelling skillsConfident in presentation deliveryPeople Management
