- Creating and updating content for our website, social media, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Supporting the planning and execution of events, webinars, seminars, and workshops
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, such as lawyers, clients, media, vendors, and agencies
- Maintaining and updating our CRM system and marketing database
- Performing other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- A bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or legal industry
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
- A creative flair and an eye for detail
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
