Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Standards Engineer to join a leading Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) provider in the Middle East.Responsibilities
- Monitor aircraft maintenance and task-level documentation across hangars
- Work closely with engineers, mechanics, and managers to resolve documentation and procedural issues
- Guide teams to follow regulatory legal standards through on-site coaching
- Career advancement: Collect review compliance data; prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership
