• Identify and Evaluate: Identifypotential risks to the organization's operations, projects,and initiatives. Assess the impact and likelihood of risks anddevelop risk mitigation strategies. Conduct regular riskassessments to identify emerging risks and update riskprofiles.
• Risk Mitigation and Control: Developand implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.Design and implement control measures to minimize identified risks.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective riskmitigation and control activities.
• RiskMonitoring and Reporting: Establish risk monitoring systems andprocesses to track identified risks. Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of risk mitigation measures. Prepare and present riskassessment reports to senior management and otherstakeholders.
• Compliance and RegulatoryRequirements: Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, andindustry standards related to risk management. Ensure compliancewith applicable regulatory requirements. Provide guidance onrisk-related compliance matters to business units and functions.Design and implement robust risk management process and activelycompute financial risk as they presentthemselves.
• Risk Culture and Training: Promotea strong risk management culture within the organization. Conducttraining sessions and workshops to enhance risk awareness andunderstanding. Collaborate with HR to integrate risk managementprinciples into employee training and developmentprograms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Workclosely with cross-functional teams to understand their riskmanagement needs. Provide guidance and support to business units inidentifying and managing risks. Collaborate with internal audit andother assurance functions to ensure alignment in risk managementefforts.
