Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support; coordinate team activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Oversee daytoday accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities; ensure compliance with UAE corporate tax regulations, VAT, and accounting standards.
Stay updated on changes in UAE corporate tax laws, VAT regulations, and accounting standards; ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors; implement and maintain effective internal controls for financial accuracy.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review financial statements and discuss business performance; provide proactive financial advice and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Thorough understanding of UAE corporate tax, VAT, accounting standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in GAAP and IFRS.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
UAE Driving License preferred

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
