Summary

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures.

Conduct vehicle stock audits by performing physical inspections of vehicles at Jabel Ali port, parking yards, and garages.

Document and report any findings, including scratches, dents, or technical issues in the cars.

Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.

Update management on the results of vehicle stock audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

Conducting thorough weekly inspections of all vehicles.

Identify and address any quality-related issues promptly, ensuring the job done on vehicles meet high-quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, observations, and actions taken.

Collaborate with respected teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.

Lead regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to improve build quality.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating the impact of market changes and recommending cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or service.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of team handling experience.

Proven 6+ years of experience in quality management, in automotive industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and coach employees.
