    Description
    Principle Responsibilities :
    1. Experience on SaaS applications Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud) Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua). Exposure to development of other Freezone modules like Customer Service Registration Leasing Licensing & ADMIN in CX Cloud can be deciding factor for selection or this role.2. Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud. 3. Should have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects extensions to standard objects.4. Proficiency GROOVY Scripting MUST. 5. Working knowledge in VBCS ICS components is a must6. Knowledge of CPQ Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantage7. Strong Programming skills as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others. 8. Understanding of Cloud Architecture.9. Should have knowledge on Data Migration.10. Handson Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (B2C Service) Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.11. Responsible for Customer Production Support trackingincidents replication troubleshooting and resolution of critical production calls.12. Change Management13. Proficient in Groovy Scripting Mobile and Outlook Integration and Object Customization. Should be able to build workflows triggers and Field Updates.14. Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow Reports APIs and Error Handling) Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.15. Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ is an advantage.
    Job Specification:
    Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Management with 3 years of experience in development and Object Customization in Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud applications. Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of Groovy script development and new custom objects development using application composer Should have hands on experience in Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs. Should have hands on experience on ICS and IDCS cloud and its integration components Should have hands on experience in developing reports and Strong Programming skills as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others. Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ
    • Knowledge of VBCS application development.
    • Proficiency in Object Customization in Oracle CX sales and Service Cloud applications. 35 projects Implementation experience in above technologies preferred.
    • Project Management methodology applied to software development projects
