Providing timely advisory services to customer on various Trade and Cash Management productsEnhance growth of the Trade proposition within Business Banking and Retail SME segment and ensuregrowth of the trade active customersHolding joint meetings with RMs clients to act as a subject matter expert on tradeEnsure maximum penetration of the local market including NTB customers for tradeFocus on present customer base to enhance the trade business and revenue for the segmentProviding timely advisory services to customer on various Trade and Cash Management productsEnsure minimum TATs with the credit approval as per the SLA and within the units toensure service excellenceTo be conversant with the full range of SME banking products with special emphasis on trade products
