- _Dealing, together with the office colleagues, with provincial/company and national trade union relations, liaising with the associates, the relative bodies in charge and possibly with the institutions involved, taking care of the activity of comparison and relationship with the trade union organizations of the category (local and national);_
- _deal with the negotiations and stipulation of company agreements and collective agreements for the category;_
- _follow the discussion and coordination activities with the reference associations as well as with the relevant institutions._

_Job Experience:

_:
- _At least four years of professional experience in a similar role in trade associations or within the human resources office in structured companies in the role of contact person for trade union relations;_
- _good knowledge of the functioning of organizations in their various aspects;_
- _excellent communication, relational and negotiation skills._
