Responsibilities
- Be accountable for defining business scope securing sign-off managing capacity refining backlog and coordinating stream-level testing including UAT case approval. ,
- Collaborate on technical requirements and lead feature sign-off to ensure alignment with product goals. ,
- Monitor system metrics usage patterns and infrastructure tasks health checks patching configuration updates to generate performance reports identify anomalies recommend improvements that enhance reliability compliance user experience. ,
- Support system enhancements through testing documentation vendor coordination ensure compliant feature delivery tracks stream progress including scope changes risks testing status training readiness go-live planning. ,
