    Responsibilities:
    • DriveInitiatives to Best Practices, performance management, employeeengagement, talent management, rewards & Recognition& Culture
    • Work with seniormanagement to develop and implement HR plans and solutions toachieve strategic business initiatives and deliver
    • Partner with business onorganizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, andskills
    • Review and analyze businessunit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improveperformance, retention, and employeeexperience
    • Provide managementcoaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolveemployee issues
    • Work with linemanagers and employees to address all types of employee relationsissues ensuring a balance in representing allinterests
    • Implement/administer/interpretcorporatepolicies/programs/procedures
    • Planand provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the clientorganization and leadership review process and the strategicobjectives This includes both annual and mid-year processes whichfocus on performance management and talent

    Requirements

    • Minimum10 years of experience in a HR business partnerrole
    • Prior experience at a Productbased firm is good to have

    • Masters Degree/MBA in HumanResources Management or related field is

    • Strong business and HRacumen, including problem solving and criticalthinking
