OVERVIEW


We are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to join our fast-growing Data Analytics Consulting practice within Reprise MENA.

Reprise helps Fortune 500 marketing and technology leaders craft and deliver their customer marketing technology vision. Our focus is on providing insight and recommendations across a clients digital marketing ecosystem. We analyze data, interpret it and uncover hidden opportunities for the client. We then support them to deliver industry leading solutions leveraging our data, technology and analytics expertise.

As such, the Data & Analytics practice helps our clients understand:

  • Where they are today with respect to enabling capabilities across their entire marketing technology ecosystem (digital, offline, multi-media, measurement, data management)
  • How their current state capabilities align to industry best practices, competitors, and their business needs
  • What technology, analytics and data initiatives will enable them to achieve their business goals while crafting the vision of their future state from an enabling capability perspective
  • How to implement technology, analytics and data initiatives over time, detailing business benefits and value, while improving overall marketing and company performance

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to grow our Data & Analytics practice and are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager who can:

  • Develop strategies for effective Web & App analytics implementation and reporting
  • Manage large scale web and app digital analytics implementations
  • Present solutions, insights, and results to clients and agency partners in meaningful ways
  • Collaborate across agency teams and support execution of analytics and cloud insights into actionable media ROI
  • Establish standardization of team implementation and analysis methodologies
  • Support drafting project scopes of work and proposals as needed
  • Select, configure, and implement analytics\MarTech solutions (eg. GA, GTM, Tealium)
  • Creating data driven use cases for deploying personalized marketing and crosschannel marketing.
  • Create Audience Management strategies tailored to each business objectives (Revenue, Lead gen or Brand awareness)
  • Constant update of industry changes and creating point of views of data regulations and privacy challenges
  • Oversee the analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality at all times
  • Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Able to translate analytics and recommendations into revenue opportunities or cost savings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in datadriven environment as an Analytics Professional at an integrated agency, marketing analytics or a consulting firm
  • Hands on experience developing measurement plans, data layers and implementing digital tagging strategies
  • Solid experience in deploying Google Analytics, GTM, Remarketing Pixel implementation, Site A/B Testing, Site Personalization & Data Visualization.
  • Be able to articulate solutions to nontechnical audiences and communicate value of your recommendations.
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms (eg. Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, Branch)
  • Experience in auditing, implementing and servicing a CDP (such as with Tealium, Sitecore, Segment)
  • Industry knowledge of banking, eCommerce, lead gen, media and booking businesses and the ability to tailor the industry's fundamental solutions.
  • Experience managing project life cycles of digital solutions (scoping, milestone planning, KPI, delivery)
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills with PowerPoint / Word
  • Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Strong client management experience
  • Selfstarter, highly motivated to excel w/mínimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Problemsolving aptitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Google Analytics
  • Certified Tealium Professional
  • Certified \ Training on Mobile Measurement Platforms (eg. Adjust or Appsflyer)
  • Experience with ETLs, writing SQL queries, python\javascript, working with APIs, data warehousing
  • Certified Google Processional Data Engineer
