Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of launching alcoholic beverage brands in the UAE. This is a hands-on role focused on market entry, distributor management, and sales execution across the UAE's licensed on-trade and off-trade channels.Key Responsibilities
Brand Launch & Market Execution• Lead the launch of new alcoholic beverage brands in the UAE• Execute go-to-market strategy with appointed distributors• Secure listings across hotels, bars, clubs, restaurants, and licensed retail• Coordinate pricing, promotions activations
Sales & Distribution
- Manage and grow relationships with alcohol distributors wholesalers
- Drive sales across on-trade off-trade channels
- Open new accounts expand distribution footprint
- Monitor sell-in sell-out stock levels route-to-market performance
