Job DescriptionThis position is an important member of the agency's senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and having sufficient autonomy to carry out obligations using sound judgment.

This role will oversee the activities of Revenue Management, Contracts, Facilities Management, and Community Relations, in addition to providing leadership to the agency's strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
Accounting ideas must be understood correctly.
To begin, you'll need a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

A self-starter who is flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, as well as someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done, will be required for this role.

Direct financial and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
It is critical to be able to communicate, manage, appraise, and apply technology.
The integration of the Cooperative's subsidiaries, as well as the preparation of consolidated financial reporting, are your responsibilities.
With the aid of other members of the accounting staff, the candidate should handle any banking relationships whenever required.
The formation of a financial strategy and plan is important.
With the Finance Committee and the CEO's involvement, develop a long-term financial plan.
Microsoft Office Suite as well as ERP systems, particularly Microsoft AX, are skills that come in handy.


Skills:
A CPA qualification is highly recommended.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a must.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.
Financial accounting systems and databases familiarity are required.
The ideal person will be well-versed in (IT) information technology, shipping, and facility management.
