Responsibilities

• To receive and follow for day to daymaintenance call.
• Report the summary of jobcarried out for individual guest rooms and common area includingall used Materials.
• To carry out any ceramictiling, retiling, silicon and grouting work.
• Inaddition to carry out Brick laying, hollow block work. Cementplaster work, Casting of plain cementconcrete.
• Modification and installation workfor marble top and granite panel for wash basin and kitchen topcounter.
• To prepare the surface ready forapplication of paint such as sanding, filling, joint repair and recleaning work
• To carry out all types ofpainting work such as application of water base, oil base epoxypaints and top coat paints.
• Proper applicationon gypsum, cemented, wooden, blocks,etc.
• Provide assistant to the team wheneverrequested for any issues to complete project smoothly andsafely.
• Contribute to guest satisfactionstandard by ensuring that technical support services quicklyaddress. Ensuring first safely meaning and comfort ofguest.
• Ensure the quality of all completed byboth employers and external contracted staff adheres to thestandard of good engineering practice.
• Studyfor consumable spare materials rectification and want on repairinstead of replacement with in limitation for saving and safetyconsideration.
• Very well versed all themasonary works.
• Should be expert in tiles andmarble installation.
• Should have knowledge ofmaking new staructures and repairs on existingstructures.
• Expert in Hollow blockwork.
• Should have knowledge of Wall painting ,cieling painting , Epoxy painting , Furniture painting and Sparyapainting.
