    Whatyoull do

    As a Senior Marketing Managerfor Careem Pay will lead the marketing initiatives build andexecute the marketing plan and be responsible for thefollowing:

    • Delivering theMarketing Strategy: Execute the marketing strategybuilding successful initiatives that resonate with the Careem Paybrand and business goals supporting brand awareness customeracquisition and growth.
    • LeadingCampaign Development: Manage the communications plan andcalendar oversee the campaign development process and ensureexcellence in execution based on deep insights into usersegmentation customer needs and competitiveanalysis.
    • CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Work alongside growth managers productmanagers CRM & Ops leads brand teams and variouscrossfunctional teams to create integrated marketing campaignstailored to different targetaudiences.
    • PerformanceAnalysis: Regularly monitor and analyze marketing metricsto optimize initiatives and improve performance. Success in thisrole means driving measurable growth in digital engagement CRMeffectiveness and growthinitiatives.
    • Budget and ResourceManagement: Oversee marketing budgets and resourceallocation ensuring maximum ROI and strategic use ofresources.
    • Team Leadership:Mentor and manage the marketing executive setting clear goalsproviding feedback and supporting their professionaldevelopment.
    • Industryknowhow: Stay uptodate with industry trends customerneeds and competitive landscape to identify opportunities andinform marketingstrategy.

The ideal candidateshould be able to think strategically and analytically haveexperience leading crossfunctional teams and have a strongbackground in marketing including product marketing digital CRMbrand marketing and content management. Requirementsinclude:

    • ProvenExperience: Min 7 years in marketing preferably withmanagement experience within the FinTech or technology/startupspace.
    • Industry Knowledge:B2C experience in the FinTech sector and familiarity with the techindustrys growth dynamics.
    • EducationalBackground: A universitydegree
    • Collaboration AcrossTeams: Demonstrated success in working closely withproduct/technology growth digital and brand teams. Handsonexperience in establishing a brands value proposition and designingstrategies to leverage this value proposition in communicating withcustomers to drive business growth will be considered aplus.
    • Analytical and Creative Skills:Strong ability to use data to inform decisions alongsidea knack for strategic and creativethinking.
    • TechnicalProficiency: Experience with Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS). Familiaritywith marketing tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce is aplus.
    • Budget Management:Experience managing budgets and allocating resources strategicallyto maximize ROI is essential for thisrole.
    • Communication andLeadership: Exceptional communication and leadershipskills capable of motivating teams and collaborating effectivelyacross functions.
    • OperationalAgility: Comfortable managing multiple tasks in afastpaced environment with a detailoriented and aestheticallydrivenapproach to marketing.
    • B2B MarketingExpertise: Exposure to B2B marketing is nice tohave.
