We are currently seeking a Project Manager who is a UAE National based in Dubai.

Role Summary

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and meeting client expectations. They collaborate with the Atkins team and clients to establish objectives, develop plans, manage budgets, and oversee scheduling. Additionally, they lead the project team, ensuring timely task completion and effective communication.

Other responsibilities involve managing project risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and Atkins' project management methodology.

Role Accountabilities

Project Delivery

Communicate project scope, fees, deliverables, and schedules with the team.
Manage subconsultants' agreements and payments.
Ensure the Project Execution Plan aligns with design management requirements.
Support in risk identification and management.
Assist in identifying and managing scope changes.
Provide regular internal and external reporting.
Ensure adherence to Quality Systems processes.
Undertake debriefs with clients.
Assist in financial, technical, and contractual management.

Financial Management

Monitor Design Team progress and costs.
Manage risks proactively and update contingency requirements regularly.
Prepare invoices and manage financial registers.
Drive the change process and compile variations.

Client Management

Liaise with clients for the technical delivery aspects of the project.

Qualifications

UAE National
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Certified PMP is preferred.
