This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Waynah Properties in Dubai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for various positions. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements and job descriptions for each position and ensure timely and efficient recruitment.

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively
• Experience in developing and managing recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages such as Arabic or Hindi is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
