Do you have a passion for creating meaningful content on social media and creating beautiful visuals? Do you want to help drive the digital marketing team of a prestigious global luxury hotel brand? Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is looking for an experienced Social Media Content Creator to create visually stunning and engaging content across various social media platforms.

If you have the right creative and technical skills, we would love to hear from you You'll be using professional photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software, to create high-quality content for promotional purposes and engaging text captions to accompany the images and videos.

You'll also be responsible for developing and curating weekly and monthly content calendars and engaging with our online community. So, are you ready to join a dynamic team and take on this challenge?


What will I be doing?

  • Create visually stunning and engaging content across various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Meta, to drive the online presence of the hotel.
  • Operate professional photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software, to create engaging content for social media promotional purposes.
  • Writing appealing text captions to accompany highquality images and videos.
  • Develop content plans and curate monthly content calendars that aggregates the activity of the hotel and align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage leaders to obtain consolidated content for the social media channels of the hotel's restaurants.
  • Schedule and publish content on all channels, optimising timing and frequency to maximise reach and impact.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns events and daytoday activities.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, queries, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor brand's reputation and online presence, ensuring relevant engagements, and managing content effectively.
  • Utilise social listening tools to measure the online presence of our brand, collecting data and insights to influence content strategy.
  • Support the marketing team at live and online events, capturing highquality videos and photos for promotional use.
  • Produce short video content on a regular basis to drive the social media posts.
  • Stay uptodate with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly analysis reporting of all channels and campaign tracking to evaluate the ROI of the existing activities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and leverage them for campaign success.
  • Collaborate with influential bloggers for partnership opportunities to promote the hotel.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, videography, and reel creation for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment, editing software such as Zoom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, and their specific requirements for content creation and engagement.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the brand's voice across different platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms for scheduling, publishing, and measuring content performance.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with professional camera expertise and qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
