Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director.Based in our Dubai, Jumeirah Lakes Towers office, the individual will have strong adaptability and problem solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Managing Director
- Communicate on the Managing Director's behalf
- Manage meetings schedule
- Take meeting minutes
- Follow up action items
- Support preparation of management reports
- Screen and respond to staff requests
- Arrange personal schedule and personal items
- Book travel and accommodation
- General administration and document control
- Other tasks as required from time to time
Requirements:
Education & training:
- Secondary school education
- Degree qualification advantageous but not essential
Technical requirements:
- Confident working in a fast paced environment
- Strong adaptability and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Learns quickly
Experience:
- Personal Assistant experience 2 years minimum
- Experience working in a Western company advantageous
