Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director.

Based in our Dubai, Jumeirah Lakes Towers office, the individual will have strong adaptability and problem solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Managing Director
  • Communicate on the Managing Director's behalf
  • Manage meetings schedule
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Follow up action items
  • Support preparation of management reports
  • Screen and respond to staff requests
  • Arrange personal schedule and personal items
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • General administration and document control
  • Other tasks as required from time to time

Requirements:


Education & training:

  • Secondary school education
  • Degree qualification advantageous but not essential

Technical requirements:

  • Confident working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong adaptability and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Learns quickly

Experience:


  • Personal Assistant experience 2 years minimum
  • Experience working in a Western company advantageous
