    • HandlingCustomer queries and concerns in real-time via phone, chat, andemail.
    • Customer problem solving, assistance,and follow up
    • Handle flight reservations (Newand existing bookings- date change, refunds, namecorrections)
    • Provide prompt and conciseCustomer services, travel booking, andsupport
    • Handle reservations, assist, book,amend and/or cancel Air, Hotel, Car, andActivity
    • Experience with travel loyaltyprograms would beadvantageous.
    MandatorySkills:
    • Abilityto remain professional and courteous with customers at alltimes
    • Must be available to work for 24 *7Shift, 5 Days Working
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communicationskills
