Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Human Resources, based in Dubai.

This leadership role extends beyond regional borders, requiring a candidate with a strong global perspective and connections. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and implementing HR strategies that resonate both locally and globally.


Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, taking into account both local and global considerations.

Provide leadership in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies with an emphasis on building diverse and globally connected teams.

Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process locally and internationally, ensuring the acquisition of top talent with a global mindset.
Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, fostering a seamless integration into our global organization.
Develop and maintain an inclusive employee performance management system.


Employee Relations:

Act as a mediator and advisor in employee relations matters, fostering a positive and culturally sensitive workplace culture in Dubai and across global offices.

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that consider the unique cultural and legal aspects of different regions.


Training and Development:
Identify training needs globally and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Foster a continuous learning culture that supports career growth and development across diverse locations.


Compensation and Benefits:
Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs, considering regional variations.
Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the global job market.


Legal Compliance:
Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations in Dubai and other international locations, ensuring compliance.
Mitigate legal risks and maintain up-to-date knowledge of global HR best practices.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably with exposure to both Dubai and global contexts.
Strong knowledge of global HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a global mindset.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is desirable.
