- Have a strong background in spa, recreation and guest care in the luxury environment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience handling
- You have a talent for interacting, organizing, a strong attention to detail, and can effectively demonstrate exceptional guest relations
- Possess good team spirit, empathy and be guest-centric
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You will have great skills in this area with a strong customer service ethic and know of its importance
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Any other is an advantage
