• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and work station.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately.
• Process transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Provide attentive and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and package takeout orders as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food handling, safety, and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
