    We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to promote and sell electronic appliances to key retailers and distributors.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electronic appliances industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Relationship Development: Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors to promote and sell electronic appliances.
    2. Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and arrange products in an organized and strategic manner to attract customer attention.
    3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly at all times.
    4. Market Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize sales.
    5. Product Training: Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for retail staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell the products.
    6. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
    7. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
    8. Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
    9. Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    10. Performance Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve merchandising techniques and optimize sales performance.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    2. Work Experience: Proven experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the electronic appliances industry.
    3. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of electronic appliances and their features and specifications.
    4. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Linguistic Abilities: Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors. Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
