    Current Hiring: Fitness Club Manager (Must be living and working in Abu Dhabi)

    Job Summary:

    A Fitness Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fitness club. This role involves managing staff, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and implementing strategies to improve the overall member experience. The Fitness Club Manager plays a key role in driving membership growth and retention while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Staff Management:

    Recruit, train, and supervise fitness trainers, front desk staff, and other personnel.

    Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.

    Create a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Member Services:

    Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.

    Address member concerns and resolve any issues promptly.

    Develop and implement strategies to increase member retention and engagement.

    Facility Management:

    Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the club facilities.

    Ensure all equipment is in good working order and schedule regular maintenance.

    Monitor security and safety protocols.

    Financial Management:

    Develop and manage the club's budget, including revenue and expense projections.

    Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

    Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary.

    Marketing and Sales:

    Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new members.

    Create and manage promotional campaigns, referral programs, and special events.

    Collaborate with sales staff to meet membership sales goals.

    Fitness Programs:

    Oversee the design and implementation of fitness programs and classes.

    Ensure the availability of qualified fitness trainers and instructors.

    Must be able to step in for the classes, in case the trainers are unavailable.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of fitness programs and make improvements as needed.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

    Stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry trends.

    Obtain necessary permits and licenses as required.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    Prepare regular reports on club performance, membership trends, and financial data.

    Analyze data to make informed decisions and improve club operations.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Sports Management, Business, or Fitness).

    Certification in fitness training or a related field is a plus.

    Previous management experience in a fitness club or related industry.

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Knowledge of fitness equipment, programs, and industry trends.

    Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: AED3, AED8,000.00 per month or higher

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
