Job Description Bartender**We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests while providing outstanding customer service. Your role will involve creating unique and delicious cocktails, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

What will you be doing:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails that meet guests' preferences and exceed their expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and recommending drink options based on their preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, replenishing glassware, and cleaning utensils.
Adhere to all beverage recipes, portion control guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Stay knowledgeable about current beverage trends, including new cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper cash handling procedures.
Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients and beverages.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications Your experience and skills include**:

Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience as a Bartender in a highvolume establishment.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
Strong understanding of mixology techniques and ability to create unique and balanced drink recipes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer serviceoriented mindset with a friendly and engaging personality.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with pointofsale systems and basic math skills for cash handling.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
