We are working with several EdTech startups that utilize learning apps to teach K-12 students.

You'll design and improve services that help students learn 2x as fast, optimize their use of the apps, and develop and achieve challenging goals.

This will involve designing systems, testing theories, working directly with the customer (students), and overseeing a team of analysts and coaches.

Responsibilities:

Taking a service offering from ideation to implementationObsessing over quality, rapidly iterating to build the best systemTaking risks, trialing new services, and learning from real-world feedbackProject management, product management, or program management.

This role is much more hands-on and in-the-details than a normal operations role.
Making subjective judgment calls. We are a data-driven organization, and each decision needs to be substantiated by evidence.


Requirements:

University degreeAt least 5 years of work experience (post-graduation) in any industryExperience in at least two functional business areas (operations, sales, product, etc.)

Superior business writing skills
