We're seeking talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team and help clients find their dream properties in Dubai.


We are looking for a Sales Manager who is a motivated, well-organized individual and who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with the team and customers.


Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Guiding the Team to achieve the targets
  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Work on sales scripts with agents
  • Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Plan and direct sales team training
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets
  • Open to making a team

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Core Responsibilities


To accomplish or surpass predetermined goals, the sales manager is ultimately responsible for planning and carrying out all sales operations of his Team.


Create a sales strategy to meet the organization's revenue targets

  • Oversee a sales team and give direction, instruction, and coaching
  • With the sales team, establish personal sales goals
  • Ascertain that the sales team has the tools it needs to succeed
  • Work with agents on sales scripts
  • Assisting the Team in achieving its Goals
  • Expense management and budget oversight
  • Monitor, compile, and analyze sales data and reporting of the results achieved
