    Apt Resources an international recruitment agency is currently seeking a Reservation Manager for a prestigious 4-Star Hotel in Dubai to oversee the reservation operations and ensure efficient and effective guest booking experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a proven track record in reservation management. As the Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating reservation activities, managing the reservation team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.     Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservation department
    • Manage and train reservation staff
    • Monitor and analyze reservation system data to maximize occupancy and revenue
    • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
    • Handle revenue
    • Handle escalated guest inquiries and complaints
    • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Reservation Manager or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting
    • Excellent knowledge of reservation systems and software
    • Handle revenue
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)

    Benefits

    Basic Salary AED 6000 to single studio accommodation plus duty meals and all other benefits as per UAE labor laws.
