Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

• Overseeall services provided at and to all service locations in the groupof practices (8+ locations, 40+Providers).
• Accountable for the development,execution, administration, and evaluation of efficient andeffective clinic operations to support GFP's purpose,values, and strategic initiatives.
• Inconjunction with the senior leadership, develops tactics toimplement the long-term strategic plan, including strategies forthe operational execution to deliver high-value patient care forshared-value and managed care reimbursement models across theintegrated delivery system.
