    Job DescriptionFerns N Petals is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive.

    Responsibilities:
    Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services Process orders returns and refunds according to company policies Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Utilize customer feedback to improve our products and servicesRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays#J-18808-Ljbffr
