Description

2.1 Providing, operation support, and organization of daily activities for assigned transportation compound, schools.

2.2 Assigns drivers to bus routes.

Responsible for tracking status and location of spare buses, and assigns bus Checking daily attendance for drivers and car washers and make report to bus division supervisor.

2.3 Evaluates performance of assigned bus drivers, bus attendants.

2.4 Verifies and approves driver hour and timesheets for payroll.

2.5 Reviews and approves bus drivers, bus runs and bus routes prior to start of school year.

2.6 Coordinates and ensures that bus route and bus stops audits are conducted to standard as required and documented Recommends changes regarding safety and route compliance.

2.7 Verifies that assigned drivers as qualified to drive at the beginning of the school year and on a case-by-case basis as needed during the school yea

2.8 Checking any bus school damage or scratch daily and inform bus division supervisor in case of anything.

2.9 Forward any information he will receive and make a report to his supervisor.

2.10 Ensure all daily trips done and prepare sheet for that in the end of day and pass to the supervisor.

2.11 Checking bus school registration and inform the supervisor in case of expired.

2.12 Transfer bus school due service, accident to our fleet and inform the supervisor for system update.

2.13 Control Bus school drivers.

2.14 Control with customer daily, weekly and monthly trips.

2.15 Receive all damage bus school and ensure all documents are complete and pass that to supervisor.

2.16 Arrange daily and monthly report and pass that to supervisor.

2.17 Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required.


Salary:
AED3, AED3,400.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
