A Property Consultant in Dubai is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.- They must have indepth knowledge of the local real estate market, be able to provide guidance on property values, and possess excellent negotiation skills.
- Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting property viewings, providing market analysis and valuation reports, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- A relevant degree or certification in real estate, finance, or business is often required, along with a valid real estate license.
- English, Arabic, French, Russian languages are preferred.
Salary:
AED8, AED18,000.00 per month
Experience:
Dubai Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
- RERA License (preferred)
