  • Manage the CEO's calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
  • Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and take minutes during meetings as required.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
  • Support the CEO in various projects and initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely execution.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including filing, expense tracking, and office organization.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and represent them professionally in various settings.
  • Stay updated on best practices in executive assistance and administrative support, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Handle any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the CEO to contribute to the organization's success.

Job Types:

Salary:
AED6, AED10,000.00 per month

  • PA: 4 years (preferred)
