Description
Answer, screen and forward phone calls. Welcome visitors/clients and direct them to the concerned person or department.- Manage meeting room calendar and scheduling.
- Office supplies stock levels monitoring and ordering (stationery, pantry & cleaning, etc.).
- Coordinate with company driver for any required work.
- Monitoring expiry of company licenses, insurances, and other legal documents in coordination with the Group Administrator.
- Prepare summary of petrol expenses of company driver/s before submitting to finance department.
- Business cards ordering.
- Handle and coordinate facilities management issues.
- Supervise and closely coordinate with the Office Boy.
- Organize and file company records.
- Handle employee requests and queries in close coordination and consultation with Group HR Department.
- Perform other administrative/clerical tasks as and when required.
Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
