Description
Answer, screen and forward phone calls. Welcome visitors/clients and direct them to the concerned person or department.

  • Manage meeting room calendar and scheduling.
  • Office supplies stock levels monitoring and ordering (stationery, pantry & cleaning, etc.).
  • Coordinate with company driver for any required work.
  • Monitoring expiry of company licenses, insurances, and other legal documents in coordination with the Group Administrator.
  • Prepare summary of petrol expenses of company driver/s before submitting to finance department.
  • Business cards ordering.
  • Handle and coordinate facilities management issues.
  • Supervise and closely coordinate with the Office Boy.
  • Organize and file company records.
  • Handle employee requests and queries in close coordination and consultation with Group HR Department.
  • Perform other administrative/clerical tasks as and when required.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
