    Description
    • Must be knowledgeable of Primavera(P6) scheduling Software and how it can be effectively utilized onthe project.
    • Responsible for developing offully cost and resource loaded project baseline program andPlanning deliverables in coordination with all the stakeholders asper contract requirements.
    • Responsible todevelop the Progress reports and Meeting Presentations for theprojects which includes but not limited to Program Updates, KPICurves, Progress S-Curve, Progress forecast, Progress trackingsheets, Progress monitoring sheets, Progress markups, Constructionprogress sequences etc.
    • Monitoring and Controlthe Project Baseline programs.
    • Managesubcontractors and review subcontractors programmed ofworks.
    • Attend meetings with client &the project team as required.
    • Prepare updated,revised, recovery, time impact, or target program of works asrequired for the projects.
    • Prepare contractualcorrespondences to Client, Consultant and subcontractors whichincludes but not limited to Delay notices, Notices for claimsetc.
    • Expert in developing of Extension of Timeclaims and review subcontractors EOTclaims.
    • Earned value analysis, KPI, Cost andresource reports generating from the Primavera P6Software.
    • Evaluate, and forecast projectprogress and performances.
    • Assess the impact(s)of changes and schedule slippages.
    • Coordinationwith the Project stakeholders such as Project teams,Subcontractor's Consultant, Clientetc...
    • Prepare Planning deliverablesfor Tender technical submissions which includes but not limited toTender program, execution methodology, progress S curve, summarizedschedules etc.
    • Expert in using MicrosoftOffice, especially MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Wordetc.
