    CHANGAN Automobile has more than 18,000 engineers and technicians from 31 countries around the world and has established an R&D network of ten cities in six countries:

    Chongqing, Beijing, Shanghai, Dingzhou in Hebei, Hefei in Anhui, Turin in Italy, Yokohama in Japan, Birmingham in the UK, Detroit in the US, and Munich in Germany.

    We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system to ensure that each product can endure more than 10 years or 260,000 km of use.


    Responsibilities:
    Be responsible for completing market research, user research, and insight into target user values and brand attitude changes.

    Be responsible for decomposing the company's overseas brand strategic objectives and scheming the annual brand promotion strategy for the M&A regional market.

    Be responsible for the preparation and implementation of brand promotion plans for the M&A regional market, including but not limited to brand launch activities, product launch activities, exhibition activities, and important IP cooperation.

    Be responsible for cross-departmental collaboration with the domestic brand team to ensure that the regional brand promotion project is consistent with the company's overall strategy.

    Be responsible for implementing a brand localization strategy to ensure that brand programs comply with the laws and regulations and cultural customs of the M&A regional market.

    Be responsible for maintaining brand VI guidelines to ensure the consistency of the brand in terms of content and vision.

    Be responsible for managing budgets for branding projects, and make evaluations on the effectiveness of each project.
    Be responsible for monitoring brand metrics to improve brand awareness, brand preference, and brand loyalty in the local area.

    Be responsible for constructing and operating regional official platforms, including official websites and social media accounts, such as facebook, twitter, tiktok, youtube, instagram, etc.


    Position Requirement:
    Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of work experience in branding or marketing.
    Majoring in journalism and communication, advertising, marketing, or related majors is preferred.
    Outstanding English communication and writing skills.
    Outstanding Arabic communication and writing skills.
    Working experience in the automotive industry; mastering the basic knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
    Good communication, coordination, and execution skills ability.
    Good project planning and management skills are preferred.
    Work experience in an automobile company such as Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, or Nissan is preferred.
