Description

Responsibilities:


  • Onboard people, introducing them to the team members and company rules, managing their visas, helping to understand roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and expectations of the management
  • Manage payrolls, bonuses, fines, taking into consideration working hours, overtime.
  • Updating corporate structure presentation according to the actual state, its assessment from the standpoints of efficiency and fair distribution of workload, highlighting risk zones, advising and creating new roles & positions, shifting employees internally, managing responsibilities and constant assessment of each employee development & performance
  • Feedback on the internal environment within the company

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

  • Prior work experience as an HR specialist: Minimum 2 years
  • Excellent knowledge of local labor market and hiring instruments
  • Highly skilled in MS Excel
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR. Additional certification is a plus.
  • Skills sets required: Analytical, attention to detail, deadlineoriented, and problemsolving
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

Bachelor Sharing Accommodation will be provided

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
