    Knowledge Base Building

    • Support RMs by providing the necessary skills, knowledge and training to help drive Trade product sales
    • Support any training requirement in Trade services and back-office/operations area

    Job Purpose

    • Work closely with a group of RMs to Manage and promote investment products (primary function)
    • Manage alongside the RM, client profiling, sales process for investment
    • Training of RMs on selling and portfolio management for investments and Takaful products
    • Liaise with internal stake holders, product providers and various other parties to ensure smooth processing of sales and prompt reply to client enquiries
    • Provide support during initiatives aimed to cross-sell initiatives to increase investment within EI WB
    • Drive initiatives to increase investment revenues and penetration in priority banking customers
    • Manage and meet customers and develop investment proposals for large customers through profiling and model portfolios
    • Training of RMs on compliance and risks
    • Work closely with product team and various other stake holders to ensure smooth delivery of investment products
    • Provide feedback to enhance platform through launch of profiling tools and build up on investment product list and plan
    • Provide feedback and view on products and market overview to advise on decision on selection of investment products
