    Description
    Responsibilities

    • Act as key interface and focal point between DP and all approved fabrication service contractors.
    • Managing the daily onshore fabrication requirements for DPE with the approved fabrication contractors.
    • Administrate logistics related to transport, receipt, and delivery of materials and fabrications to nominated locations.
    • Co-ordinate full Inspection checks – Welding, Dimension, & Painting on most delivered projects, review radiographs, including 3rd party certification agencies and independent competent bodies.
    • Monitor and report on performance of materials and fabrication service providers to DPE standards and adherence to agreed schedules.
    • Organize & Lead annual external audits with regards to approved/contracted fabricators and prequalification audits for prospective additional fabrication companies.
    • Reviewing invoices compliance to Service agreement or Tenders. Create purchase /release order(s) for approval for the final payment to the approved fabricators.
    • Monitor and report on monthly costs of issued fabrication purchase orders to financial department & relevant Project Engineer.
    • Ensure fabrication activities are planned and executed to meet the requirements of the installation programme.
    • Monitor onshore fabrication activities ensuring compliance to DPE standards and if necessary take corrective action to ensure quality and performance are not compromised.
    • Work closely with the Construction Team Lead & Group, Logistics and Asset Operations to facilitate the timely shipping of completed fabrications.
    • Support Construction Team Lead with constructability reviews.
    • Reviewing rigging arrangements, lift plans, lifting assemblies and load testing criteria

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 10 year of experience
