- Promotes job opportunities toattract applicants through approvedplatforms.
- Assists in screening andshortlisting prospective applicants to determine theirqualifications and allocate the best fit for theposition.
- Coordinates and schedules interviewsbetween the Client/Hiring Manager andapplicants.
- Performs reference checks of theapplicant's information to ensure all qualifications aremet in line with the jobrequirements.
- Maintains the database ofapplicants in the Smart Recruitersystem.
- Resolves concerns or issues as fast aspossible (e.g., interview cancellations) and provides amicablesolutions.
- Handles records and paperwork asrequired.
- Undertakes administration duties tosupport new starters, onboarding, contract preparation, and anyother administrative tasks as needed.
- Supportsmanagers in the recruitment and selection processes, ensuringhigh-quality applicants are attracted through the application ofappropriate recruitment techniques.
- Builds goodprofessional relationships with applicants andclients.
- Generates reports to obtain andanalyze recruitment data and metrics on real-timebase.
- Perform other duties as needed andrequired.
